THE SECOND ANNUAL JONES AWARDS.

The Trouble Makers took home 4 "Jonesies" at the Second Annual Jones Awards Show held at Old Ironsides on March 8. Many thanks to Skid Jones of Magnolia Thunderfinger fame for the kind words. If you missed the award show here's the scoop from the March edition of "Alive & Kicking."

BEST SHOW OF 2000: THE TROUBLE MAKERS @ CRASHARAMA: Hot dogs and beer were for sale. The Troublemakers played on a flat bed truck while an
ex-stuntman jumped cars into parked vans, and rode a motorcycle through a wall of fire. I was in heaven.

OUTSTANDING ROCK AND ROLL BAND: THE TROUBLE MAKERS: They are everything a rock band should be.

OUTSTANDING FRONTMAN: TIM FOSTER-THE TROUBLEMAKERS: Wailing, screaming, writhing, sweating, harmonica blowin' vest wearin', drum tossing, no-good, snotty rock and roll. Go ahead and try to keep your eyes off of him.

SORRY... BRIAN TOOK THIS ONE HOME TO HANG ABOVE HIS BED.

OUTSTANDING DRUMMER: BRIAN MACHADO: The Decibels,The Trouble Makers: The most exciting drummer I've ever seen (and that includes Keith Moon). I would pay money just to watch him practice.
